What is another good, long last sealant from Meguiar's? I have been using NXT but I notice it doesnt really darken the paint as much as other sealants I have used. It seems to make the paint more reflective but lighten the paint color. Thanks.

use the hand polish, #81 i believe if you want to darken a finish....
i dont think #20 darkens a finish, but it flat out works as a sealant and is easy to work with.....but then ive heard that about NXT also.....im gonna do my car next with #81 and NXT......im a long time #20 user......

Medallion Premium Paint Protection s very good and will help darken the paint. It has TS oils in it. It is also very long lasting and has anti-static properties. If you really want to darken the paint you should use some #81 Hand Polish before the MPPP.

If you decide to go with the #20 you can top it with #26 (after letting the #20 cure for 24 hours). #26 will help darken the paint also.

My car is black and the NXT makes it look deeper and richer. I think i read that NXT makes dark colors look deeper and darker but other guys with lighter colors have said it helps their finish as well.

Does #82 have any darkening properties?
