Here is what I did:
Wash
DACP (yellow pad on 6)
#9 (White pad on 5)
#7 (White pad on 3)
#26 (Black pad on 3)
All works done with PC using LC pad
I noticed # 26 gave a darker look than NXT.
Although NXT gives more pop to the metalic flakes, I like the darker look of #26.
Good thing I took a picture yesterday. A heavy storm was in our area list night. Now my car is dirty again.

Nice shine.......did you ever wax those aluminum rims with NXT? The shine is blinding on my stock alloy rims.

Great job. I have a similar color and still debating using #26 or NXT as the topper. Can't seem to get away from #26 though

I'd hate to mess up a good thing, but you might try the DACP on #5...I think I've read somewhere that Meguiars doesn't recommend using it above that speed...

I just ordered a PC and have been trying to figure out what pad and cleaner and polish combination i should use. I the yellow pad used with the DACP considered a cutting pad?

Yes the yellow pad that I used on this detail is the cutting pad from Lake Country.
The meguiar's cutting pad is Maroon(W-7006) if I wasn't mistaken.

Looks GrEaT! The first word that popped into my mind when I was viewing your pictures was 'sleek'. In my opinion, the depth and reflection are TOP NOTCH! Great job!

W-7006 foam cutting pad (http://www.meguiars.com/store_meguiars/product_detail.cfm?sku=W-70)
W-8006 foam polishing pad (http://www.meguiars.com/store_meguiars/product_detail.cfm?sku=W-80)
W-9006 foam finishing pad (http://www.meguiars.com/store_meguiars/product_detail.cfm?sku=W-90)
Meguiar's doesn't recommend using the W-7006 foam cutting pad on the G-100 dual action polisher, (PC), or going polishing on the 6.0 setting.

Looks deep, reflective and wet! :xyxthumbs

Mike,
Kind of off-topic but, why doesn't Meguiar's reccommend the use of the cutting pad of the PC? I was thinking of purchasing one of these to use with 83 to remove tougher swirls and scratches.
Thanks
Chris
