Color sanding paper for orbital

I have the Meguiars removing paint defect video and it shows the man using an air operated orbital to color sand. Does Meguiars offer the pad and adhesive sand paper for this or can anybody recommend where to go to find these products? Also can I use my PC since I do not own an air orbital? Please describe the procedure for this as well and do I soak the paper in water and use a hose like I do when hand sanding? Thanks!

Hey,

Many people like to use the Mirka Sanding Discs as they go all the way to 4000 grit, if I am not mistaken.
