Guitar Workshop and Jam Session at Meguiar's Open Garage!





Canceled

Due to scheduling conflicts, this class is canceled and will be rescheduled for a future date. We apologize for the inconvenience as we know everyone that signed up for this class was looking forward to it.

Meguiar's will host a Guitar Workshop and Jam session starting at 5:00pm and going until 10:00pm with pizza and cold refreshments! Bring your Guitar to Meguiar's to get expert help cleaning and polishing the finish on your guitar or join in the jam session and have some fun!

You won't believe this but I hand built, from scratch, 3 electric guitars in my high school art/woodshop class that won best of show! This was 21 years ago! I will post pics here! Here is the kicker, I don't play at all !!!!!!!!!!!! I just thought It would be a cool thing to do.

Sign me up!

I hope someone will be there to restring and tune them!

Hi Mike,

Sorry it's taken me a while to get back to you on this. I'm down. I will probably be bringing a few amps down as well if anyone would like to see if their guitars sound as good as they look!

As requested above, I will also be available to set-up, string and tune any instruments as well (that silver box in the rack is a digital tuner).

Yea, you know how men are. I forgot. (Almost.) It is my 3rd anniversary that DAY. Looks bad for me....

Man, I really wanted some work done.

Is anyone willing to do some extra work?

I guess I need to buy strings too? Where at in the OC?

One bass, two guitars.

Getting flash backs. I remember they where all Ernie Ball strings.

I think one started with a 9 the other with I think a 10.

The bass I am not sure?

Is gauge still important? I remember cutting the fret to fit certain gauge wire....

Yes, except for one thing...

We are going to have to cancel this class and reschedule it for June or July.

I'll send out and e-mail to everyone that has signed up.

My Internet connection is painfully slow due to some construction going on in our neighborhood, but later tonight I'll generate an e-mail list for everyone that has signed-up for this class and send everyone an e-mail to let them know the class is canceled.

I know this might stink for some people but, since I have to go on a Anniversary dinner. I am happy!!!!!!!! Really looking forward to the next one!
