Will the refinish kit Meguiars sells ( F1565) take care of this or do I have to change over the PC to sander and redo this?

Looks like a sanding job to me.

Do a search in Mike P.'s threads for refinishing a desk.

Worth more than what we paid for it!!!
At the auction nobody bid when it came up. So after a few minutes I said "10 bucks" then it went from there. We also got the buffet in the background with it. We paid less than 200 dollars!
