Yes it is, so I treat it just like my car's paint...

Washed first with Mequires Gold Class car wash

I used Eminem Brake Cleaner
NXT Wax 1 coat

Mequires Clay bar and Quick Detailer
Mequires #9 2.0 swirl remover

Clean wheels really set of a car -- look good. I clean/wax my chrome wheels all the time. I hate to see clean cars with brake dust all over the wheels. :mad:
