I see a lot of posts with people who own dark colored cars. I know they look awsome once you've detailed them, but I own a BRIGHT colored car.
I'd love to see some of the other guys out there in my situation and see what we can do.
Here is a pic of my car from this weekend. Ony the tires have been detailed as I've yet to do my spring Clay/Polish/Wax (will be using NXT this time)

Hi Trblmkr,
Bright colored cars can look awesome with the right prep work and a quality coat of wax or even polish. With lighter, or brighter colored cars don't offer the ability to reflect images as well as dark colored cars, for this reason, it's important to focus on creating the smoothest finish possible to increase gloss to its maximum potential. Gloss and clarity, especially if the car is a metallic are the two most important aspects to go after with lighter and bright colored cars.

Trblmkr- I also have a yellow car, although my paint looks a little darker than yours. I have tried #26 and NXT, and my car seems to prefer #26.

So do I, white truck, I found that the two most important things to do with light and bright colors are clay, to get the smoothest paint possible, and polish, which really brings out that high gloss. Heres what I mean.http://archive.meguiarsonline.com/gallery/data/500/506100_1392-med.JPG
Not the best picture but you get the idea. Good luck

Even though weather is supposed to be crappy tonight and tomorrow morning
I'm going to wash with dawn/clay tonight
Cover it up (no garage)
Then get to #9, NXT and if I can find it #16 Sat/Sun
I'll post pics after it's done
