Hi David & Phil,

I've added your names to the list and I'll add Don's name, but if this sign-up thread becomes a case of people asking to have other peoples names added by registered members, we'll nip this in the bud instantly.

These classes offer a ton of practical how-to information, plus all the other perks, so asking people to become a member of our forum, which is where I'm going to show you is where all the information we show in the class can be found later, down the road when attendees forget what they learned... well it's not too much to ask for people to do a little reading and clicking and become a member of the forum. If they're serious about taking care of their own cars or trucks, or whatever... it's actually to their advantage.

Here's just a partial list of what we're going to cover...

List 'O Links

Meguiars is offering this clinic to the So CAl Lightning Owners club. We are giving all club members the first opportunity for registration first, because of the linited number of spots. You can sign up as an alternate and yes we would like to have you attend because your a supercharged truck also. We have some guys in our club with HD's and we welcome everybody, but at first we are only signing up club members.

Hi Mike, The only reason we asked you to sign up Don C. is he really does not have computer access and he is limited in his social skills also, but that's another story. Everyone else has social skills and a computer so I think it will be okay from now!. Thanks again.

I'll put you on the standby list, but just so everyone knows, historically, whenever you get 30 to 35 people signed up for a class, the week before the class 4-6 people cancel out.

Also, we have classes almost every Saturday, there's a number of classes coming up that are not full, here's one...

A class that's not very full that anyone can sign-up for! (http://www.meguiarsonline.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=8950)

It's all good! :) :) :)

We also have our Wednesday night Meguiar's Garage!, which is open to whoever signs up.

See the home page for the link under the pictures of the Datsun Roadster. Like I use to say at meetings at Hewlett-Packard,

What can I do to help out the most? :xyxthumbs

Howdy, Mike. Yes, still a member of HTSC (of NHTOC) and also joined NLOC when I got a Lightning. If you still have room, please add my name to the list. Will be driving my Lightning this time (and not the HD truck that made it to your Swirl Hall of Shame)

Hey Romeo,

Hey Mike

I am a member of South Orange County Rods & Customs, and would like to attend the detail class this Sat the 14th. It seems there is still room available. I just got a new 33 ford roadster and need to learn how to detail a car without a clearcoat on it. Just so minor swirls and stuff.

thanks

Mike

Hi Mike,

We'll add you to the sign-up list as you're correct, the class did not fill up with club members so technically it's now open to anyone.

Tim Larson from our Customer Care Team will be teaching the class this weekend and he can show you how to correctly deal with swirls in a clear coat.

Have fun! :db:
