NXT Line.. Open Bottles?

I recently saved up enough money.. (I'm only 16 and still looking for a job!) I proceded to purchase all of the NXT products and there was not no seal on any of them.. some of them were not even remotley filled to the top but I for some idiotic reason thought it must be normal till I was informed recently that they should be up near the top and should indeed have a seal!

It was not fun cleaning up spray wax off my items in my bag!
