#80 Gallon: Safety seal soaked

Mike Phillips & Co,

I picked-up several items at my Meguiar's dealer.

1 Gallon of #80 Speed Glaze

1 Gallon Last Touch

1 Gallon of #84 Compound Power Cleaner

I removed the tape on the gallons and when I opened #80, the seal was damaged, soaked and parts missing in the gallon container.

How do I return this and obtain a new gallon? I sure as heck do not want to use this one as it contains debris from the seal.

The other seals look fine.

I'm wodering if where my dealer gets his product, it may be old.

What you should do is return it to the store from which you purchased it. As long as you have your reciept, this shouldn't be a problem.

On behalf of Meguiar's, I apologize for this incident, I can assure you it is the exception, not the norm.
