This is an old thread but I am having the same problem. I bookmarked the page after I log in but I have to re log in...
What am I doing wrong? I did not have this problem before or with other vbulletin sites.

Sounds like either a cookie problem or one of the 3 other common problems listed at the end of this reply.
Do you know how to locate your MeguiarsOnline.com cookies?
You probably have a couple different MOL cookies stored in your browser. What you need to do is close all browser windows except for 1 browser window.
Next, surf to a non MOL website, like www.google.com (http://www.google.com) for example.
Then, while you're on this website and NO OTHER BROWSER WINDOWS ARE OPEN then delete your MOL cookies.
In Internet Explorer, there's an option to delete ALL cookies, if you do this it will force you to log in to any sites that already remember you so make sure you know all your login names and passwords.
This is why if you belong to a lot of forums or other sites like Yahoo or PayPal, or eBay etc, and you don't want to have to remember all your login names and passwords, it's better to just delete your www.MeguiarsOnline.com (http://www.MeguiarsOnline.com) cookies individually.
Then, close this browser window and then open it again and then surf over to www.MeguiarsOnline.com (http://www.MeguiarsOnline.com) and log in. This will set a NEW cookie and should allow the forum to recognize you as it normally would.
The exception to the above is,
You're using AOL as an ISP
You're running ZoneAlarm or some other firewall software
You're using a Mac computer

I checked my passwords and I did have multiple conflicting userids/passwords.
BTW, I got the PM. How do you send messages to the admin without posting them so they are visible to all?

Personally...
I always prefer e-mail over Private Messages, it's a much better interface for all the things I have to do with electronic communications.
For example, some one will send me a PM or Private Message and ask me to put them in contact with a different Meguiar's employee... problem is most Meguiar's employees are not members of the forum so I can't share a PM with them.
Now an e-mail I can forward with two clicks and a little typing.
Don't like PM, but keep them on for our members benefit. Best way to contact me is to send me an e-mail
mphillips@meguiars.com
But keep in mind, product and process questions should always be posted to the forum, not sent to me via an e-mail or a PM
You can't believe how many people read our forum, get my e-mail and then send me a zillion questions. This is why I wrote this a couple of years ago and it still applies today.
Please post your questions to our discussion forum (http://meguiarsonline.com/forums/showthread.php?t=7270) ;)
It's just a matter of how much a person can type in one day. We've been online since 6:30am this morning and typing almost all day. Don't mind typing but can't justify answering product and process questions in e-mail, that's what the forum is for.
Thanks!
