Shipping is usually $5.95 from Meguiar's. But that also doesn't explain it...

I just got back from a late lunch to find this post.

I also received an e-mail telling me that included in the package was a Meguiar's decal?

Apologies to everyone, I didn't check the math because I assumed it was right and I assumed the savings was on the products, not on shipping or a decal.

:o :o :o

I'll remove it.

Right, so that's an extra $5.95 saved since you don't have to pay shipping. If you bought those products individually, shipping would most likely not be free. :)

But you are right, 'cause shipping is not usually factored into the deals.

Mike, You do know all the brochures also claim a 15% ($6.99) savings while the totals only show a $3.99 savings.:wall:

Someone fail to proof the brochure or are they assuming the shipping is factored in to the equation?

You guys and gals are right. The copy online says you can enjoy special savings plus free shipping. To me this means savings of $6.99 on product, plus the savings of free shipping. That seems to make it clear the savings on shipping is not included in the savings on product. :)

Which brochure is this? I have the new Next generation technology brochure, the one with the Minority Report Concept car on it and I'm not seeing either of the above? Must be a different brochure?

NXT Tech Wash - G-12664 was a new 2004 product so why was it not included in the NPROD04 package? That would have made the numbers come out right.

Hi jfelbab,

I don't know. I was never involved with this project, I only posted the offer to the main page because we didn't have a detailing clinic and I assumed it was a good promotional deal.

I'll guess because it comes with the Quik Suds Strips instead and one of the things about removing the water from the car wash is it makes it more economical to ship.

Just a guess.
