Hey! I'm one of them!

I got here from the Autopia forum, although I'm a Meguiars user for over a year... :)

So, here I am! I drive a dark blue '96 Audi Cabriolet (with 1.9L turbodiesel engine!) with leather interior, and have been cleaning with Meguiars since over a year, slowly using more and more products. I'm thinking about starting a car cleaning business, but I obviously have much more to learn before I can guarantee a super finish :)

Aside of cleaning 'n' waxing, I spend my time being an EMT, network administrator and dealer & installer of emergency warning equipment (lightbars, beacons, sirens, ...).

My ride:

I use Gold Class Car Shampoo (and Soft Wash in between), the 3 step Paint Cleaner, Polish & Carnauba wax, and NXT Generation Tech Protectant to clean the black plastic bumpers, dashboard and roof compartment lid. The back plastic windshield is done with Mirror Glaze Clear Plastic Cleaner, Polish and Detailer. Interior leather is done with Gold Class Leather Cleaner & Conditioner. Recently, I used the All Metal Polish for my exhaust. For daily maintenance, I use Quick Detailer. And I probably forgot a few products :)

Only non-Meguiars product I use is Dupont's RainX. Windshield wipers are for me an accessory, even in Belgium (with a climate such as the UK or Seattle) :D

Yesterday, I ordered an AEG EXE 460 excentric buffer, based on good reviews on both the Belgian and Dutch Meguiars boards. Hope to have it by the end of the week, and then I'll give my first machine buffering a try on sunday.
