Just got back from Florida yesterday visiting my folks. My Dad asked me to bring down the Meguiars products necesary to really give my mom's PT Cruiser the "hook up"

Started off by washing the car, and the using the Quik Clay kit on the entire vehicle, so I know I was working with a surface free of defects.

Being that the car only has 16,000 miles on it. We decided to go straight to good ole #81, Hand Polish. Up to this point, my Dad had been a little bit skeptical about how good Meguiars products really were and what kinds of results they could deliver. Once we took it off and went back over it with a MF towel, Meguiars gained another lifelong customer.

To finish off the PT Cruiser, we used the the all-star rookie, NXT Tech Wax to top it all off. Put a light coating on and took it off after 20 minutes with an MF towel. I was completely in shock. I had seen some of the more experienced guys in here posting their pictures of fantastic details, thinking I'd never get those results.

Being the pollack I am, I didn't have the foresight to take before pictures, but of course, I have posted below, the results

All the heat and humidity down there was very worth the effort

My goodness yes! It took about 3 times than what I'm used to for the #81 and the NXT to dry up enough to be buffed off. Still worth it.
