Recently, I had a problem with a shipment from Meguiar's. After posting some info here, I called them and spoke to Jose's supervisor Richard....WHAT GREAT RESPONSE! Meguiar's saw fit to reproduce my order + a few extra goodies for making up the lost shipment.

Companies such as this deserve public recognition for above-and-beyond the norm in customer service.

Thanks Lynn, Jose, Richard, and the Meguiar's Team.

Hi Totoland Mach,

Thank you for posting your positive feedback. The day you posted this I shared it with the Manager for Customer Care. I think it's important for people to hear positive feedback, the Lord knows we usually hear our share of negative feedback. They're both important, especially when there's balance!

No problem Mike: As a sales rep for 30 years, I always appreciate good customer service. And, it should be pointed out. Years ago, I was a District Manager for Harley-Davidson (back in those awful-quality AMF days) and learned a ton about customer service.

See Ya...oh, one last note: are you folks ever going to have the NXT metal polish? Thought I'd ask.
