Hi guys

I placed an order the 27 July with the international home page ,but i had a failure of the last page and i don't know if the order is placed or not..

i've sent an e mail but no reponse(maybe due to the lot of work to do) and yesterday another e-mail for know something..but no more reponse..

I can't call the customer service..becouse my english is not good at the phone(also on the paper.. :) )but i whant to know if my order is ready or not..and if i can add the M-9910B(Ultimate wipe 20-pack)

My order is placed as Dario Luraghi (Italy)

I'll send a link to this thread to Customer Care and ask one of them to check into your order and get back to you.

Sorry for the delay, I tried to post this yesterday and I lost my connection and then didn't get back to it till just now.

I'm sending an e-mail to Customer Care right now!

Hi Super Darius,

I have seen some e-mails flying around behind the scenes, one of the questions that was asked was,

"Which website did you order through?"

Can you tell me which website your ordered through and your customer care order number?

Dear Mike..

I put down the order starting from here and adding the items to the cart..

Unfortunately i don't have an order number becouse of the error on the last page of the on line ordering form..

I think the problem is easy solving if the Meguiars staff cancel my order if is not just shipped..they only need to find order from Italy placed at the name "Luraghi Dario"(i think is difficult to find another same name in the last week's order..)

Then,when i'm sure that my order doesn't exist no more..i put down another complete order with also the M-9910B..

So..Mike try to understand if there is an order at my name..if there isn't,tell me the link to put down an order from Europe...i will start another completely new order...

I have no access to placing, adjusting, cancelling or even checking on orders. But I will forward your information to the appropriate person.
