Here's a 98 Dodge Caravan cloudy plastic lenses...
Steps used
1) 1500 Grit wet or dry 3M sandpaper followed by 1000 grit.
3) Bucket of hot soapy water for dipping sand paper in.
4) 3M rubbing compound
5) PlastiX applied by hand
6) Makita Rotory buffed on speed 2 using finishing pad..

Approx hrs 2...

Nice work Joe.....I have yet to do a headlight restoration myself but I'm very anxious to sometime!

Headlight restoration isn't fun or easy, but if you can buff a car, you can wet sand a headlight ....
