because people are gonna ask...1000, 1500, then 2000 grit, buffed out with plastix and a 8006 pad

Great Work Just Be Careful Because The Clear Coat On Headlights Is A Lot Thinner Than On Paint

agreed...i just waxed it after wards with NXT and i'll make sure i continue doing it. we'll see how that holds up...if the headlights last for another 90k miles until it looks like the previous, then i'm a happy camper and i'll just buy a new set of headlights then

Darn, my TL looks like yours used to. I didn't think cutting down to 1000 would be a good idea!
