Editing - Contact Administrator?

Hey guys,

I been getting this message box whenever I tried to edit back my recent post.

Message was something like "...1 minute period to edit...you have expired the time to edit...contact adminstrator" - only remembered them in fragments.

Appreciate the advise(s)

ps: my english and typing are bad. So its quite often that I edit back my post.

I thought that the edit time frame was put to 60 min.
