Detailed my neighbour's '98 Mystique Blue Corolla, the car has never been detailed or waxed for 6 years and was only occassionally washed, it was full of swirls, scratches and etching.

After wet sanding out the etching with 3M 2000 grit sandpaper and hand rubbed the sanded area with 3M P-It III RC(05933) I then used #83 DACP with cutting pad passed 2X over and topped with Meg's Cleaner Wax(still had a bottle lying around) with polishing pad.

Sorry for the darken "After" pic quality, the sun was setting and the memory card ran out of space on my camera

Nice work. Did you get an after pic of the top of the trunk??

That color looks really nice IMO...
