If you plan on attending the detailing class for the Acura-CL.com (http://cl.acurazine.com/) on December 4th, 2004, please reply to this thread and I will add your name to the list. Classes are limited to the first 30 people that sign-up. After 30 people have signed-up, a stand-by list will be started.

If you would like to attend this event you must sign-up by replying to this thread.

IMPORTANT NOTE: You are only allowed to sign-up for yourself and immediate family members that are living in your home. Friends, family and other club members will need to sign-up for themselves.

I'll add you to the standby list. Just so you know... last week we had 35 people signed-up and approximately 25 people were able to make it.

I'll be sending out an e-mail to the sign-up list on Monday to remind everyone of the upcoming class and to ask anyone that's signed-up but unable to attend to let me know so others can take their place.

Hi Rob,

I'll remove your name from the list and if you find out you can make it than go ahead and come on down. It's best to have your car washed before arriving for a number of reasons.

1. So when we do the walk by and evaluate your finish we can see your finish without any dirt blocking our view and to feel your surface to inspect for bonded contaminants.

2. In case we choose your car to detail, one of the requirements is that it needs to be washed and clean. We don't encourage washing your car here at our facilities as it tends to make the floor very slippery as people walk in and out of the garage.

3. In case we don't choose your car but you want to test out some of our products while your here.

Just want to thank Mike for a great day of instruction in products and techniques. I have never experienced the high level of support and consumer involvement as Meguiars does. I found my technique using the PC was not correct since getting it about a month ago. Also thanks to Scott for answering my incessent questions with great patience. Great pizza!! I hope to bring this new knowledge to my kids in their car maintainance to show how really easy it can be with routine work on the finish. I look foward to being able to create and maintain a superior finish on my vehicles with Mequiars. I cannot forget to thank Barry for his generosity in in supplying the location and products for this training. Hope everyone has a great holiday season.
