How long to wait before second coat??

Might want to wait at least 15 or 20 minutes. If you can, wait 12 -24 hours.

Then do the best you can. Waiting 3 hours will be better than only waiting 10 minutes, but waiting 10 minutes and then applying the second coat will be better than no second coat at all. At least, that seems to be the consensual wisdom here on MOL. :xyxthumbs

Then you can just go ahead and apply the second coat about 15 minutes later. Dont worry, nothing bad will happen. :xyxthumbs

Of course, the correct answer is obvious. Wax, wait 15+ mins then wax 2nd time to ensure no missed spots.

THEN, wait a day, Ultimate Quick Detail to cleanup any dust, and give it the "real" 2nd coat (weather permitting).

Like others have stated, the longer you can wait between coats the better. But if you wait 20-30 minutes you should be fine.

Your best bet would be to refer to the instructions.

If there's no mention of waiting time, then it's probably fine to apply it immediately.

This is what I suggest.
Wax the car and detail the interior or do something else. When you are done the wax is ready to wipe off.
