When you click on the "Gift Certificates" link (http://www.meguiars.com/gift_certificates/) at the bottom of the meguiars home page, it displays this message: "Coming soon, Meguiar's online gift certificates, for your favorite car crazy guy or gal"

Are there gift certificates available for purchase to use over the phone?

When will the online certificates be available?
