I have used over the years DC123. Now I have added Quik Clay. I have been very happy with Megs.
At the auto store I saw MG #5 and MG#7 both pure polishes. Are they the same as DC2?? I am planning to do a friends car and try one of these.
How long does carnauba last on a car? Mines exposed 24-7.
Maybe I should try MG # 21? or NXT. I'm still kinda old school.
Thanks for your help.

All of these are pure polishes, read this to fully understand the differences between cleaner/polisher and pure polishes.

Meguiar's 5-Step Paint Care Cycle (http://www.meguiarsonline.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=2409)

The Deep Crystal Polish and the #7 Show Car Glaze are very similar except the Deep Crystal Polish is easier to remove.

The #5 New Car Glaze is formulated to work in high humidity climates and is a much dryer product. It will actually dry whereas the other polishes will not. It dries very white but wipes off very easy.

How long any wax lasts on the surface is always dependent upon how the surface is treated. Meguiar's Deep Crystal Carnauba wax is not a wax based solely on Carnauba, but is a blended wax. Read the back label. Meguiar's NXT Tech Wax is a longer lasting, better protecting wax.
