Sorry for the repeat, I see Mike addressed the EK issue :(

But is it true FD is on the way out too?

Ohh ok I thought maybe you were referring to new information. I was thinking maybe Mike responded to my suggestion of repackaging EK in consumer 16-24 oz bottles. I am rather depressed about the demise of EK with no replacement in sight and am wondering about CG and FD as well. I will probably pick up as many gallons of EK as I can get my hands on but, I have started looking for a replacement. So far the only thing that comes to mind is Wurth Protective Wax (http://autopia-carcare.com/wus-89082.html). Anyone have any other suggestions it would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah. I've really started to like EK for my wheel wells, repells dust, is weather resistant. You think that Wurth stuff is good for wheel wells? It's a shame a truly unique dressing is going out

Bill,

I actually like Griot's Undercarriage spray for wheel wells. It leaves a nice black matt finish and although won't last quite as long as EK it is really easy to re-apply. I actually use EK in the engine compartment :)

Sounds like the time is coming for me the order the Griots Undercarriage spray ( Is it watery like Armor All or a little thicker like the EK?) I want to try their Car Wash too

I would say it goes on kind of "slimey" :) It doesn't dry like EK. Suprisingly I haven't found that dirt sticks to it any more than if the wheel wells were untreated.

Yes, and no...

Final Detail is on the way out but it is being replaced with Last Touch. It is basically the same product with a lighter scent.

The information on the changes to the Detailer Line will be announced next month.

Yeah, but unless you have a lot of glass a gallon of glass cleaner should last a LONG time. Buy two gallons now and you would probably be set for life.

I can't wait until next month!! Will it at least be as value-happy as FD?
