  • New arrival from Puerto Rico

    Hello!

    Joining in from Puerto Rico.

For the longest time I have been a detailing enthusiast (all though on the amateur side). Auto detailing, believe this or not, is how I manage my anger or frustrations. Detailing and cooking but I hate to wash dishes afterwards...

Anyhow... I have a brand new Jeep Patriot and I am loving it. I plan on keeping it for quite some time so I am going to dedicate myself to maintaining it.

I am a fan of Liquid Glass but the amount of products available for my "hobby" is very limited. I like trying out new products and such. Can't try new products when the selection is so limited. I will say it is a good product though. Also, I think it's time to broaden my horizon a bit and see what else is out there. I have used Meguiar's in the past with good results. Now I seek extraordinary results. Hope you guys will help me out!

My second choice has always been Meguiars. Just today I bought the #7 Mirror Glaze. The wife has a '99 Explorer that is in "dire" needs. I'll post a before and after pix later on. Right now, I need to surf the forum a bit, get some info on how best to deal with my new pet project and then get to work.

If you already know of specific threads I should look at, please feel free to post a link here for me.

Lastly... I hope you don't mind if I take some of this information over to the Jeep Patriot forum I am a member of. We obviously have a detailing thread that could use some beefing up on the information presented therein. If there are objections or concerns about this, please feel free to PM or e-mail me accordingly.

    Thanks to all!
