I guess you mean the Foam Gun like the one from Autogeek:


Foam Gun is not for spot free rinse. It is for spraying down a layer of foamy soapy water.
You need to use a hose to rinse it down and dry your car afterwards.

If thats what you mean, then I would say "No I do not see Meguiar's making one".
But if you want to save some time in the rinse step, you may take a look at Rinse Free Express Wash.
Some retailers sell 16oz or 32oz size of it as "sample".
