I am very sad to see this product leaving us. I really have liked it and still do.

I was thinking the same. I have 2 or 2 1/2 cans of UFF that I had to quit using when I went to ceramics instead of Ultimate Wax. When I email Meg's I was told not to put UFF over ceramic as it's not compatible so.... Maybe they're working on a new product similar to UFF but with ceramic compatibility? I'd be down to try it!

Although the Hybrid Paint Coting has self cleaning capabilities, don't they rely on water to activate?
            I don't use water.
Ultimate Fast Finish seemed to deflect dust and particles without the need of water.

I have used Ultimate Fast Finish that is over two years on my shelf.
Much of the shelf life for cleaning products depends on how they are stored.
I store them in a garage that does not get above 90F or below 55F degrees.

Make sure to shake the can to mix the product and propellants well before using.
You can try a low spot on the car first to see if it is going OK.

have you used this over a carnauba wax ? does it adhere good ? from what i have ready its fine .
does it alter the looks of the look you get from a waxed car ?

                  • Re: Meguiar's Ultimate Fast Finish

I have used Ultimate Fast Finish over D115 Meguiar's D115 Detailer Rinse Free Express Wash & Wax diluted about 4 parts water to 1 part concentrate.
This is similar to Ultimate Waterless Wash & Wax.
Both products have an advanced polymer as their primary gloss enhancer.
Yet as Mike Stoops mentions in the thread below, they both also have some carnauba in their mix.

I have not seen any problems with the combination.
However, I don't anticipate a long interval (like one year) between my uses of Ultimate Fast Finish. I reapply about once every 2 months.
All three of the products above are sensitive to dew (condensation) and if the sun is setting, I can get some interference from the moisture in the air.

I was able to hunt down one carton of 4 boxes (1 can per box) to order Jan 2022.
That carton was that supplier's last carton.

Amazon still sells this. I wish Meguiars would bring this back. Check out Sonax polymer net shield. Aerosol also. Good stuff.

what is a comparable sealant that replaces it?

We would recommend checking out our Hybrid Ceramic Product Line, like our Hybrid Ceramic Wax Spray. There is really nothing similar to this product in terms of application ease of use. Our Hybrid Paint Coating is another option, although easy, not quite as quick as easy as Ultimate Fast Finish.
