          Nice! Can the sealant be used as a standalone and will it be sold that way?

                We have only tested this product on exterior automotive glass so unfortunately it is difficult for us to comment on using the product for home use.

                For best results, the surface should be cleaned with the Perfect Clarity Glass Polishing Compound . This creates the best molecular bond between the surface layer of the glass & the Perfect Clarity Glass Sealant, increasing durability & water beading.

                    Nick (or anyone else), do you know if the glass polish contains cerium oxide or if it's just a normal SMAT abrasive set?

                        Our product developers don't like me getting into specific ingredients as you could imagine, nor do I know them anyways! : )

                        I can tell you that Perfect Clarity Polishing Compound is actually very different than our compounds designed for paint, it works to almost "super clean" the glass surface with a combination of Meguiar's proprietary SMAT abrasives as well as specialized cleaners. This combination works to remove stains, grime, water spots & even bonded contaminants in one step, preparing the surface for the Perfect Clarity Glass Sealant.

                              I've got my glass care kit from Pep Boys yesterday.
                              Can Perfect Clarity Glass Polishing Compound be applied by machine, like D/A polisher, or is it strictly formulated/limited to hand application ?
