    Welcome to Meguiar's Online!

Congrats on the new vehicle. I am not necessarily an expert in setting up a detail van, but I would absolutely recommend coming up with a way to secure your heavy equipment safely. I would imagine it would be ideal to have a metal fabricator make you some type of steel bar structure, which would probably be welded & bolted in place, and then you could secure your equipment to that structure.

If you are storing gasoline inside the van, you are going to want to mitigate the possibility of breathing those fumes. Ideally separate yourself completely from the storage area with a wall in-between the driver seat and the van storage area. If that is not an option, maybe look into a "in car" air purifier. I don't have one myself but it is on the wishlist. I have seen that Phillips has their "GoPure" Car Air Purifier, which has a HEPA fitler.

Recently i've been storing accessories like microfiber towels & machine pads in Ziploc's 20 gallon "Big Bags." It seems to work pretty well, except for the handle on the bags is not the strongest.

Meguiar's 3 Level Detailing Carts (MGCART) are still an active item and are great to keep items up off the ground. The ability to roll the cart is also great. One thing to note about these is that they are not very good for storing items.

I am not sure how long you have been detailing, but looking into training is always a great idea. I do not have first hand experience with the following contacts/ or have even met them, but being in the industry I have seen they offer professional training, Esoteric Detail in Ohio, Auto Detailing Success in Big Bear, CA, Mike Phillips w/ Autogeek in Florida, also P3 Detail Training, to name a few.

Meguiar's also offers a few free car care/detailing classes here at our offices in Irvine, CA. While they are not specific professional detailer training events, many professionals from around the world have attended and told us they enjoyed what we offer. More information on these can be located at the below link:

      Meguiar's 2017 Detailing Class Schedule

Also, I would recommend investing in the appropriate secondary labels or screen-printed spray bottles for the products you are using. Not only do they provide a more professional look, this is a trade that is regulated by OSHA for good reasons. Below are a couple examples:
