Would it be best to top with say ultimate wax or spray wax?

You can use either one. Really no best option. The fastest option is a spray wax. UW may leave a little more protection. -

Possibly. Sealants typically like to bond to bare paint. You should still get good life out of it.Comment

In the end, you can top it with whatever you'd like. All of Meg's products ar compatible with each other. Durability- go with Ultimate Wax. Depth/gloss on a dark paint- Gold Class. It really just depends on what you are wanting.
