This is the first I am hearing of this. We truthfully apologize for any inconvenience. I am looking at the event you signed up for. We typically cancel events due to low attendance. This was the case this time, with 5 total people signed up. If we were aware an attendant was traveling from out of state or a long distance away, chances are we would have hosted the event regardless of how many people were planning on attending.
For the record, I am viewing the cancellation e-mail I sent out for the class you were signed up for, our Saturday Detailing 101 Class, July 29th, 2017. The cancellation e-mail was sent out at 8:25AM on July 25th, 2017, 4 days prior to the event.
For anyone viewing that signs up to attend a Meguiar's Training Event, please make us aware if you are traveling from out of state or from a long distance away.
