Question Never Fails: Water Spots

Ok in the past I was able to deal with the effects of hard water spots or stains. But as of late I'm unable to correct some of the hard water spots I've located on the 07 jeep commander.

Bought used and its been well maintained from what I can tell.. The only two issues I'm noticed with the jeep, are the hard water spots and some sort of "running" or "stains coming from the roof top down the back of the jeep.

The stains appear to be some sort of "soap" left behind after a few washings and simply allowed to run down the back of the jeep.. its not bad the longest "run" is about 5 inch long and doesn't even make it to the rear window.

As a person who caters to detail, but my arms are growing tired and less manageable due to two forms of CTS and nerve damage. I need something that I can simply wipe on and off (what rag to use) without allot of force.

I recall something I bought from walmart a few years back and have yet to locate it again. it was something to the effect "orange glow" or lemon glow" and was in a yellow spray can. It was the easiest thing I had ever used when detailing the vette. simply spray on allow to stand for a few mins and wipe off. The product was very similar to a bug and tar remover.

Any direction on these matters would be greatly appreciated.

Armorall makes a good tire foam. I heard you just spray it on and walk away. No work.

Thank you . But, I was trying to encourage you to use here in this post the same effort that you are able to apply to your tires in the ArmorAll Tire Foam Post.

You know: The procedure of removing the tires etc. that you are looking forward to exploring in your new 07 Commander you just purchased. And the initial scrubbing required the first few times.

Then I realized that it must be something in the Armorall that allows you to use your arms. Hence, if it works so well on the tires, maybe the top?

Today I had to remove some baked on water spots. [Last week I had applied 2 coats of NXT.] Today I dusted it, QD'd it, and then wiped it down with with Ultimate Quik Wax.

Effortless and quick.
