#16 on a rifle stock

I couldn't find my trusty and very old tin of Johnson's paste wax so I got out a new tin of #16 and applied it to the oiled (not sealed) stock of my deer rifle. Works great. So what the heck, I waxed the whole gun. No abrasives so it can't hurt anything.

My gloves have good "grippers".

Oh, I plan on dazzling the deer before I pull the trigger.

I have a mental picture of you pulling the trigger and stock of the gun is buried in a tree about 15 feet behind. You.
