Re: Types of Vroom MF towels
Found this link from another forum:
http://autopia.org/forum/guide-detai...-products.html The first picture with the blue MF is similar to the one I purchased at Target. Short nap on one side and medium/long nap on the other side. There's some really good info on MF towels in that link! |

Re: Types of Vroom MF towels
I know they have two gray towels. One has a short nap and is about 12 X 16, they also come in white. Then there is a thicker gray towel, one side has a long nap the other has a short nap, I think they're about 16 X 24. These bigger ones have been used on paint by some and they said they are paint safe. Last time I was at Target, about a week and a half ago, they still had both towels. I wouldn't use the smaller ones on paint but they're great for interior work.

Re: Types of Vroom MF towels
I found another forum that mentioned that the gray Vroom Detailing MF cloths are being replaced with the shorter nap cloths. I guess this confirms that they're trying to phase out the old towels with the clearance pricing. Is the change good or bad? I don't know, I'm not that experienced with MF yet so I don't really know what to look for

Re: Types of Vroom MF towels
If you are going with Meguiars products anyway, look for some Supreme Shines for your paint.
You will still want a bunch of cheaper MF's and terrys for dirtier spots, interior, etc anyway.

Re: Types of Vroom MF towels
Has anyone tried the orange MF's from Target?
