Thumbs up Go ManGo PC Dual Action Polisher Fall Makeover (Pics!)

The 2006 Dodge Charger Daytona R/T was washed to remove dirt and grime from its Go ManGo clear coat finish. Next the areas highlighted in yellow were cleaned, polished, and waxed using the Porter Cable 7424 dual action polisher, Meguiar's DeepCrystal System, on an orange cutting pad, and finished with a gray finishing pad.

The Meguiar's DeepCrystal System consists of three steps:
Step 1 = Paint cleaner safely removes light swirls and surface blemishes
Step 2 = Polish creates a brilliant high gloss finish
Step 3 = Caranuba Wax delivers brilliant shine and lasting protection

I used the orange pad on speed setting 4 for Step 1, followed by a fresh orange pad on speed 5 for Step 2, followed by the white pad to apply Step 3, and finished with the gray finishing pad.

Before:
Nice, but needs more of a deep lustrous shine.

Areas in yellow cleaned, buffed, and polished with DeepCrystal 3 Step system:

Results:
Wow, what a nice shine!

That roof is like a mirror! I could do my hair in it.

Welcome to MOL GoHemi!

Looks like you did a fantastic job on a really sweet car.

Just a friendly reminder users are not allowed to post, or have signatures with clickable links until you reach 30 posts- so I fixed that for you.

Thanks!

Mark

I used automotive masking tape to cover gaps, grooves, and decals.

Great looking ride. Those reflections are great. You really made the paint pop. Way to go.
