It's not that bad of an idea. At the Thursday night open garages, you may get to polish your hood or another panel, but rarely does anyone get to polish their entire car because of time constraints.

There are a lot of people who learn how to polish their cars via Meguiars TNOG's or the Saturday training classes in Irvine, online videos, or Mike Phillips' DVD, but they don't necessarily want to detail beyond their own car. Renting out your DA for $15 is a fair priced alternative for the DIYer who only wants to polish his or her car once and be done with it.

I've started a water renting business. You get some water, pay me for it and I use giant buckets to eventually get it back and re-rent it to you. Someone said I should call this a "Utility Service" so I can get tax breaks, we'll see...

I guess its cheaper then a tool rental place. It would help to rent or sell pads and compounds. Ya never know if it will work unless you try.
