Exacty what is ScratchX

sounds like a dumb question

i have used colourX and i know that its a polish and wax and ive had grgeat results with it but what is in scratchX is it just a polish or is it a wax/ polish combo like colourX

Its more of a cleaner (the step before polishing). Its a bit more aggressive than DC#1 or cleaner wax.

Just to clarify a little, DC#1 and the A-12 (Consumer Cleaner wax) are not agressive at all.

ColorX is a bit of a medium agressiveness.

And ScratchX is quite agressive for use by hand.


The #66 Cleaner wax is very agressive.

ColorX is a cleaner/polish/wax
ScratchX is a cleaner/polish

However I'm not sure if the polishing qualities in ScratchX is comprable to the polish in ColorX or DC#2
