If I clay a car should I follow with DC Paint Cleaner and then use #80 or can I go from claying the vehicle to #80? I understand the difference in the 2 products, I am just a bit confused on the correct application. Thanks

You can go right from claying to #80. No need to take the time to apply another cleaner like DC#1.

Murr's right, no need to use DC1 since #80 is a cleaner/polish. I still apply a pure polish #7, before I apply my wax. I tested with and without #7 on half of my hood, and there is a "pop" you add with the #7. Most people use#80, and go right to the Wax.

It all comes down to preference!
