  • Marred interior plastic?

    Guys,

This is about the same as the post: Rubbing scratches/marred marks out of unpainted plastics...

The grey textured plastic trim on the glove compartment door and passenger door window sill on my wife's 2005 Tacoma has been slightly marred . (We've already had a major "discussion" about how it happened. In my opinion, "stuff" should go in the truck bed, not the cab, but oh well...)

I tried Meguiar's Quick Interior Trim Detailer. It had no effect. #39 and #40 didn't do a heck of a lot of good either. Would Gold Class Exterior Trim Detailer be too glossy for the flat grey interior plastic?

I think that the abrasives in Plastx would "mess up" the area surrounding the marring.
