Other than clean your pad, after moving from one panel to the next. Just hold a terry towel against the pad, and turn on the G100. Allow the towel to soak up any excess #80. Since it's your first time, you will over use the polish. The cleaning of the pad helps with that. Other than that, it looks good!

I prime the pad with Quick Detailer first.. 2 sprays on the pad will work..

Then I apply a big X onto the pad to begin (I'm generous with the product when I make my X).

After that I just apply a thin bead around the edge (approx 1" from the edge), and 1 drop about the size of a nickel right in the center of the pad. I noticed your in Cali, and with the warm weather, it seams to dry too fast before your able to break the product down. Which is why I put the nickel size drop in the middle.

The same with the wax, an X and a O but don't prime the pad with Quick Detailer when using wax.

When you change your pads, and you notice product on the backing plate, your using too much.

Remeber work 2'x2' area at a time. Slow arm speed with 15-20 lbs of pressure, and check your work. If the swrils aren't removed to your satisfaction, you can apply another layer. Don't forget to remove the first layer, before you lay down your second.

Take some pictures, before and afters.

Last if you run into problems, Meguiars has a class almost every Saturday in Irvine, that will help you learn to use the product and the machine correclty.

          Good Luck,
