ScratchX is the best product to remove swirls by hand. However, it also depends on how hard your paint is.

ScratchX is a paint cleaner, so it will be able to remove any wax that is on the surface.

Just do the standard 5 step process:

          1. Wash

          2. Clay

          3. Clean - Use ScratchX for swirls, and any other mild cleaner for the rest of the car. Deep Crystal #1 is a good mild cleaner, and easy to use. Remember 3-5 applications of ScratchX may be needed, and really work the product in.

          4. Polish - Deep Crystal #2 is an easy to use mild polish.

          5. Wax - #21 is good, remember 2 thin coats are best.
