  • Mercedes-Benz nano-particle clearcoat

In 2003-2004 Mercedes-Benz introduced a nano-particle clearcoat. This clearcoat is supposed to be more scratch-resistant, stone chip resistant, etc. Has anyone worked on this paint? Are the current Meguiars products used in the usual manner, or do you have to crank up the aggressiveness of the product used to obtain results?

The paint is called ceramiclear on the MB's. My client base consists of quite a few of these units. I've used NXT,#21, & Gold Class, depending on basecoat color of course, w/much success & a high CSI# resulting in client retention & growth. Good Luck!
