#23 Odor Eliminator vinegar smell

Is there a reason that 24 hours after using Odor Eliminator there is a vinegar smell?
I received another complaint from a customer about this smell so i tested it myself. The stuff smells great in my vehicle but the next day when I turned the air conditioner on i noticed a vinegar odor.

I use it all the time with no complaints from customers, or on my personal vehicles. What is your carpet cleaning regimen include?

I steam clean the carpets and mostly use this on the headliner to help eliminate odors.
I also get the vinegar smell in my vehicles.

I kinda thought it smelt like beer? I know I didnt like it, nor did my mom.
