Is this combo ok? NXT+26 layered??

How is everyone? Just picked up some paste over the weekend. I started out with a wash, then the diamond paint cleaner which for some reason made my paint smooth. I then put one coat of nxt paste waited to dry and the wiped off, the next day i put another coat, and today i put a coat of 26 hi tech yellow carnuba. Car is slick and it looks like my sparkles have come to life in my red metallic paint. My question, is that a good combo or did i go to far? Thanks

Not sure what Diamond Paint Cleaner you mean?

Meguiars recomends 2-3 coats of wax at a time, so you are ok. Anything more is going a bit too far.

Either Nxt + #26, or Nxt+Nxt + #21 is ok for you.

I have a silver Ford Contour SVT and I just love topping my polymer-based wax (NXT, #20, #21) w/ #26. This combo really makes my paint look "wet" and, as you said, really brings out the metallic in the paint.

Hmm.. I did actualy mean Nxt + Nxt + #26 in my post above there... but you get the idea...
