  • Where to buy?

Is there any other places to buy meguiars stuff besides meguiars.com? I was hoping that some other places may be alittle cheaper since I cannot afford what I was wanting.

I was thinking about getting some #80, another water magnet, and either all season or hyper dressing. Whish should I get for the fender wells and engine? Do they not make anything smaller besides a gallon? I just cant spend $30 on one gallon.

    ADS (Auto Detailing Solutions) .com

Other than Meguiar's, they seem like the most popular. Just got my first order from them today. Can't wait to open it, I'm stuck at work now.

They also have smaller sizes than Meguiar's.

ADS is really good. Are there any other online places that sell Meg's stuff for cheap?
You left out licking the water off. Oh, wait a minute, that's my cat, not my car. Uh, I mean my cat licks himself dry. I don't lick my cat dry. Or my car. -PC.

The best I've found is ADS. Other places have some stuff, but not nearly the selection. I've made probably 10 orders from ADS in the last 3-4 months. I have to count my Meguiar's stickers to see how many I have.

Every order is nicely packaged and perfect. All liquids that don't have an interseal, are sealed very well to ensure nothing spills or leaks...unlike another company, where I went to buy a gallon of microfiber towel cleaner. They didn't seal the gallon jug and the entire product spilled out during the shipment.

You will never experience that with ADS!

            Re: Where to buy?

Well, I've heard ADS is very good with Meguiars. I've ordered #21 in the past from Detail City until they stopped carrying everything except the NXT line. Bummer... I mostly buy my products in town because I don't use credit cards.

If you are looking for something in town, Meguiars has a store lookup for retailers that carry a good selection of the Professional Line.

Where I live, there are no Pro Line distributors within 2 hours. I know that the basics like Autozone, Advance Auto, Napa and some others have products. I have found that O'reilly has a nice selection of the Professional Series. What they don't have, you can order from their catalog. Just ask to see the Meguiars Catalog. Their catalog is a little out of date, but it has a huge selection. It doesn't have #21, though. I highly reccommend doing this if you need something locally. They also don't charge shipping and will accept cash.

My local NAPA Auto Parts carries a number of the pro line products. Pricing was close to ADS, but no freight and instant gratification... Still ordering lots from ADS though.

Odd. It did that for me this morning, but then it worked. Maybe try clicking refresh, you might be just loading the cached page. Otherwise here's an address for within the site (autodetailingsolutions.com/Tote%20Special.htm), maybe that will work. Just add the www. in front of it, don't want to post a link. Let me know if it works.

Edit: Here's Rick's contact info if you need it.

                          Re: Where to buy?

I went to autozone and oreilly auto parts and didnt find much. Auto had #26 and #7 but I already have that. oreillys had alot of MF's and different kinds of meguiars drying stuff, I went ahead and bought a WW MF since it was only $7, thought that was a good deal. I also went to a dollar general, they had a washing mitt, washing sponge, body brush, and the interior brush, didnt buy anything there. I couldnt for the life of me find a napa in this town! Ive only been here for 1.5 months. I got my mom on the phone telling me directions to it from mapquest and still couldnt find the stupid place! I was trying to find some #80 and #83...

Ohh, website still doesnt work for me.
