  • Paint no Flat but feels smooth

Can my paint be fixed? It new paint, just 1 1/2 year and oviously the paint shop is not good, see the powerline bend? the black lines just above the trees. Or do i have to repaint the car? I asked because polishing o wat ever removes some to level them rite?

the only possible thing that could be a defect in this case is orange peel, and can be fixd by wet sanding and all the buffing process (compounding, polishing, waxing).

however, in my opinion, I think it looks ok. But if you want a perfect reflection, you'll need to go through this process.

    hope this helps.

I doubt the paint could be responsible for that much waviness in the reflection. I'd be inclined to think that the underlying sheetmetal is not perfectly flat.
