  • Replacement for #36 Wheel Cleaner

    Hi:

What product would be a good replacement for #36 wheel cleaner?

I really liked #36, it cleaned very well, was mild and could be used on all types of wheels.

Is the Gold Class All Wheel Cleaner in the black bottle the closes current product to #36?

    Thanks.

    Regards,

Just what I needed to hear. My local store has #36 in stock yet. I bought one bottle but figured I didn't need to buy the rest. Now that I hear it worked good, I want to go back and clean house.

Re: Replacement for #36 Wheel Cleaner

I've been using Gold Class All wheel Cleaner on these painted center/polished uncoated aluminum rim wheels:

        1. The photo of Gold Class Wheel Cleaner is missing on Meguiars.com. Is this a sign of my favorite wheel cleaner going bye-bye?

        2. Can I use the new Multi Piece Wheel cleaner on my painted and polished aluminum wheels? An I use it on painted surfaces? (The discription doesn't mention paint.)

        3.
