Anyone have a good way to deal with this problem other than repainting? I want ( do it your self solution )

Unfortunately no...That looks like pretty bad curb rash
Refinishing is probably the only way to restore them to a like new finish !!
There are companies that are mobile, and will come out, sand and repaint for a reasonable price ?
Have you researched any ?

Mike's right, that's pretty bad.
Might look through the local Yellow Pages there in Bahrain and see if anyone does this kind of work mobile or in a fixed retail location.
If those are anodized, then you'll have to have them de-anodized, then repaired and then re-anodized or painted or polished.
Sorry to say but for the work involved you might start taking a look at other wheel options.
