Can i use the supreme shine microfiber to dry out the car after washing?

I would use the water magnet for drying. The ss microfiber is better suited for removing excess product, or with a mist and wipe product.

I agree.... I have tried it before and the Supreme Shines absorbed water fast, became saturated and unable to dry. Stick with a Water Magnet.

but you can still use it for drying yes.

but i agree with the two other posts. get yourself a water magnet. they absorb much more water in my opinoin and experience then the MF.

Btw, both are microfiber (MF) towels.

But the way they are woven, and whatever they do with the fibers makes them better at different things.

but do you think that the MF doesn't pick up water "as good" as the water magnet or is it all mental b/c one is titled WATER MAGNET...

Before I got my second water mag, I sometimes would finish with a supreme shine microfiber. I found that it was leaving lint on my car. Funny that it doesn't leave lint when using QD. So I bought two water mags and no more lint. Yeah!

I finally bought me three megs MF's after Mike seemed to really like them. I was surprised at how well they dried my jeep. I noticed they would leave water marks unless it was totally dry, so I did the same thing that I always do with my water magnets. I used two, one for the first wipe and another for the second wipe. Seemed to work out great.

I need to boil my water magnets since they are not working as good as they use to..

The Water Magnet is definately better for drying.

You would probably need 7 or 8 Supreme Shines or more to do the same job as 2-3 Water Magents, but it could be done.

Yup, cleans them out good. Mine are getting to where they dont soak up as much water as they use to. I used them to quick wax one time and theyve never been the same. I was reading on autopia that boiling them will bring some life back into them.
